Closing your account

You can close your account completely by getting in touch.

What happens next?

When you close your account, we'll send you any funds remaining in your Plan, plus any dividends you are owed from investments you have held with us to your nominated bank account. You may receive a little more or less than your current balance due to changes in investment value.

It can take up to 10 working days for us to sell your investments and return your money to you, or transfer to a new provider in the case of a Pension, ISA or Junior ISA.
